Dr. C. F. Mulligan, Pastor

Mulligan Family
Email Pastor Mulligan
Pastor Mulligan was born in St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada, but
lived the majority of his life in southern Florida. He lived in
Ft. Lauderdale where he rode the bus to First Baptist Church of
West Hollywood under Dr. Verle Ackerman. This 6-year old child
immediately accepted Jesus as his Savior and obeyed God in
Believer’s baptism.
Though he felt the tug of God on his heart, Pastor Mulligan was
never well grounded in the faith nor attended church very often.
Instead, as a young man, he ran from God.
After many trials and chastisements, Pastor Mulligan succumbed
to God’s calling and surrendered his will to preach, March 22,
1994, at Pastor School in Indiana. Pastor Mulligan was ordained
by Dr. Jack Hyles, at First Baptist Church of Hammond, Indiana,
and received a General Studies diploma.
Pastor Mulligan now holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Landmark
Baptist College, a Master of Divinity from Great Plains Baptist
Divinity School, and a Doctor of Divinity from Bethany
Theological Seminary.
He currently is the pastor of Grace Baptist Church in Miami, Fl.
This is his third pastorate. Pastor Mulligan pastored Central
Baptist Church in East Chicago, Indiana, Victory Baptist Church
in Ft. Myers, Florida and served as a chaplain for the Army at
Fort Sill, Oklahoma.
God has greatly used Pastor Mulligan in all areas of his
ministries and many souls have been led to Christ, baptized and
lives changed forever.

Paul Provost,
Assistant Pastor
Paul Provost was
born in the Florida Keys in 1965. His family moved to central Florida in
1970. After his mother’s death in 1974 he moved back to the Keys to live
with his grandparents. At the age of ten he went through the motions of a
conversion but did not accept Christ as his Savior. His father remarried in
1977 and Bro. Provost moved back to central Florida. In his teen years he
drifted away from church and was drawn to worldly pleasures.
At the age of
nineteen a new leaf was turned over and a moral life was lived including
church attendance and Christian service. In the fall of 1987 Bro. Provost
started attending Atlantic Baptist Bible College. He was saved the following
school year in November. In July of 1989 he married Cindy, and had his first
child, Rachael, one year later. Upon graduating in May of 1991 he moved to
Miami, began attending Grace Baptist Church and working in the Christian day
school. His second child, Ruthanne, was born in 1993.
He has led Sunday
school classes from Juniors to Adults with most of the time spent working
with teens. He is now assisting Pastor Mulligan in reaching people through
the ministries of Grace Baptist Church.

Alex Flores,
Assistant Pastor
Alex Flores was born
in Guatemala City, Guatemala. He moved to Niagara Falls,
Canada, in 1991 and was saved and baptized at Bible Baptist
Church. In March 22nd of 1994 he surrendered his life to
God under the preaching of Dr. Jack Hyles. While in
Niagara Falls, Alex worked as a bus worker for Chester Mulligan,
who was his bus captain. Both Mr. Mulligan and Alex
surrendered to preach at Pastor's School in 1994. Alex now
works for Pastor Mulligan at Grace Baptist Church as an
Assistant Pastor, and office manager. What a small world!
At the age of
eighteen this young man attended Hyles-Anderson College where he
met his wife Julia. They now have two beautiful daughters,
Emily Alexis, and Amberly Ann. Mr. Flores served at First
Baptist Church in Hammond, Indiana as a bus captain and ran his
own business.

Jorge Calderon,

Jorge Calderon was born in
Guatemala. Was saved and called to preach under the
ministry of Pastor Carlos Donate. He is now the Spanish
